how does this diet sound
EACH DAY 1)5:00am wake up 2)5:10am eat a big breakfast(
healthy)
3)5:40am do 30 minutes of cardio 4)6:10am 300 abs
/>5)6:30am take a shower 6)7:30am go to school 7)12:00pm eat
lunch at school(salad with a spoon of dressingand cheese, no crutons or
bacon...)
8)3:30pm get home and have a snack with water(sometimes)
/>9)3:35pm lift weights for 30 minutes....(every other day) 10)4:10pm jogg for 30 minutes 11)5:10pm do 300 abs 12)5:35pm cardio for another 30 minutes 13)6:30pm dinner(whatever my mom cooks, if its unhealthy...i might have fruit, water or juice, healthy cereal with skim milk or a salad or some grilled chicken breast...or beef) 14)7:10 homework for an hour.... 15)8:30 go to sleep....and it goes back to number one.....

ight that sounds like a good workout dont do it if ur under 15
though, & if ur under 18 & you wanna get taller, i suggest watching out
when you lift waights my step dad hurt his spine when he was 15 now hes 5
6 feet tall, while his brother is 6 5 so just warning ya, also if you
havent done no working out before this than i suggest starting lighter &
then adding more to the work out, & i hope ur not only trying to loose
weight but also gain muscle, cuz you will gain weight from this, believe me muscle weighs way more than fat, & btw if you are trying to build muscle i suggest eating some more meat too to give you the proteins, anyway good luck, sincerely mike aka workout boy

you need protein and carbs mostly carbs, good carbs. your lifting!! lol
this is unreal, and not in a good way.you will lose wieght . but also
musscle....your working to hard and eating to little.....but go ahead

Dude you will be so exhausted you won't be able to concentrate
in school. The eating sounds good but why don't you do just the exercise
after school, and 300 crunches is a bit unrealistic. How about 100 or 50
or even 30 to begin with? You will get in great shape just jogging 30
min. everyday, or most days. Good luck!
An intense diet. Take it easy on the exercise.
Depending on how old you are it could be a good thing but if
your younger than 15 its probably a little too intense.

It sounds more than intense, on the first few days you may
actually faint from exhaustion. But it will definitely help you lose
weight, but the scale may not show that with all the muscle mass you're
gaining
