how does this diet sound

1)5:00am wake up
2)5:10am eat a big breakfast(

healthy)
3)5:40am do 30 minutes of cardio
4)6:10am 300 abs

unhealthy...i might have fruit, water or juice, healthy cereal with skim 
milk or a salad or some grilled chicken breast...or beef)
14)7:10 
homework for an hour....
15)8:30 go to sleep....and it goes back to

then adding more to the work out, & i hope ur not only trying to loose  
weight but also gain muscle, cuz you will gain weight from this, believe  
me muscle weighs way more than fat, & btw if you are trying to build  
muscle i suggest eating some more meat too to give you the proteins,
