0k soo like l NEED to lose at least 13 pounds in only 3 weeks l dont care
if its healthy!!!!! [ps. its summer now] this is what my day
willl look like:
10:30- wake up and do 8 minute abs++ hip hop abs
/>11- breakfast[special k cereal] 11-12 watch a
movie;;tv;;internet 12- snacl [fruit] 1pm- running for 30
minutes 1:30- swimming 30 minutes 2- come home take a shower />2:30- lunch [special k MEAL bar] 2:30-3 - tae bo boot camp workout 3-3:05 - last minute abs 3:10-4- watch movies;; read;; tv;; compyter 4 - snack [fruit] 4-6dance;; take a walk;;;talk on the pphone 6 dinner [saladd] [dessert is going to be a 90 calorie cereal bar] 7 - xontinue wat l did before dinner will l lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks i will drink 12 glasses of water DAILYYY !!! /> i really have to lose this weight and l have all this time since ITS SUMMMER and im doing nothing the whole day so l figured that working out will keep me busy and not eating out of boredom and gaining the weight! =] sorry l posted this in this caegory but that was the 1st pick they picked and l payed no attention! =] =] sorrry once again
15 pounds is a lot. And I don't think you need to with that
lifestyle. If you actually keep to that schedule, you are my new idol. I
tried to do that. But I always got tired and slept in. Missed work-outs!
You know. But why do you need to lose any weight? And why in only THREE
weeks? Don't worry about losing weight. Just keep to that style and you
will be fit. If you think you weigh too much, have you ever considered
your muscle weight?? That could be a few pounds! Good Luck
really amazing routine but your not eating enough seriously you
need the right nutrients in order to loose weight because you need the
protein and fiber in order to break down the fat you want to loose
i really wouldnt reccomend that kind a schedule for anyone. you
should be eating protien & vegitables. you wont have all of ur nutrients if
you eat special K all day (no matter what those stupid commericals tell
you) & it doesnt even have to be that intense of a workout. just do
cardio for like two hours a day & i promise you the weight will come off.
& depending on you age you might want to consider lifting a little wieght
to keep the skin tight. but salad & water is good! good Work! :)
i have no clue but it sounds good to me i might even try it i
need to loose a few pounds lol
maybe while you are watching tv you can try doing soem sort of
movement instead of sitting there. and also try to do more cardio
workouts.
OH my goodness. make sure you get your protein & vitamins &
please don't starve yourself.

your gunna need some otherr kind of food in there somewhere. im
just going to get a treadmill. i only want to lose 6 pounds. in like 2-3
weeks. im getting a treadmill and i have an Ab Lounger so i use that for
like 30 minutes take a break, drink water and all that and then a little
later do the treadmill for like an hour. every day. and then of course
watch what i eat but only to a certain degree.
i dont think you need to be so drastic with your plans you know what i mean?
