0k soo like l NEED to lose at least 13 pounds in only 3 weeks l dont care

3:10-4- watch movies;; read;; tv;; 
compyter
4 - snack [fruit]
4-6dance;; take a walk;;;talk on the 
pphone
6 dinner [saladd] [dessert is going to be a 90 calorie cereal 
bar]
7 - xontinue wat l did before dinner

will l lose 15 
pounds in 3 weeks
i will drink 12 glasses of water DAILYYY !!!/>
i really have to lose this weight and l have all this time since 
ITS SUMMMER and im doing nothing the whole day so l figured that working 
out will keep me busy and not eating out of boredom and gaining the 
weight! =]
sorry l posted this in this caegory but that was the 1st

cardio for like two hours a day & i promise you the weight will come off.

& depending on you age you might want to consider lifting a little wieght

maybe while you are watching tv you can try doing soem sort of

movement instead of sitting there. and also try to do more cardio
